This Privacy Policy explains how Alokite Labs LLC d/b/a Alokite collects, uses, protects, and shares information in connection with Alokite.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Alokite Labs LLC d/b/a Alokite collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, connect third-party services, import leads, generate outreach, send email campaigns, or otherwise use Alokite.
If you use Alokite on behalf of an organization, that organization is responsible for ensuring it has the right to provide personal information to Alokite and to use Alokite for outreach and related workflows.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, company, role, password hash, billing status, plan selection, onboarding responses, settings, and support communications.
Customer content: lead records, company data, uploaded CSV/Excel/PDF files, campaign instructions, generated emails, replies, review notes, suppression records, and other data you submit or generate in Alokite.
Connected account data: when you connect Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Stripe, or another integration, Alokite may process OAuth identifiers, access/refresh tokens, mailbox metadata, message content needed for sending/reply handling, calendar data needed for scheduling workflows, HubSpot contacts/lists, and billing events.
Usage and technical information: log data, IP address, browser/device details, pages viewed, feature usage, API requests, errors, security events, and performance diagnostics.
Website and enrichment data: public website text, source URLs, company summaries, industry labels, product/service suggestions, personalization notes, and related enrichment metadata generated from public sources or customer-provided data.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Alokite; authenticate users; process billing; generate and schedule outreach; poll inboxes; route replies; enrich lead and company context; support human review workflows; prevent abuse; troubleshoot issues; and communicate with users.
We may use de-identified or aggregated information to improve product quality, analytics, reliability, safety systems, and marketing, provided it does not identify a customer or individual.
4. AI and Automation
Alokite uses AI services to help analyze business context, enrich lead and company information, generate outreach drafts, classify replies, and suggest follow-up actions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular recipient or jurisdiction.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, configuring sending limits, honoring opt-out requests, and ensuring outreach complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Third-Party Services and Subprocessors
Alokite may use third-party services to operate the product, including hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, billing, email providers, CRM providers, parsing/enrichment tools, and AI model providers. Examples may include Render, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, OpenAI, LlamaParse/LlamaCloud, and similar infrastructure or integration providers.
Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If you connect an integration, you authorize Alokite to access and process integration data as needed to provide the requested functionality.
6. Disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers, integration partners at your direction, professional advisors, authorities when legally required, parties involved in a business transfer, and others with your consent.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. If future tracking or advertising practices trigger a legal definition of sale or sharing, we will update this policy and provide required choices.
7. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and you should use strong passwords, limit account access, and configure integrations carefully.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Alokite, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, billing, backup, and operational constraints.
8. Your Choices
You may update account information, disconnect integrations, configure sending settings, suppress leads, or request account/data deletion by contacting us. Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.
You are responsible for responding to opt-out, unsubscribe, deletion, correction, and access requests from leads or contacts whose data you upload or process through Alokite.
9. International and Compliance Notes
Alokite is operated from the United States. If you access Alokite from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.
You are responsible for determining whether your outreach and data processing comply with laws that may apply to you, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CCPA/CPRA, telemarketing rules, employment/privacy laws, and similar requirements.
